The Kuee User Agreement (hereafter called the “Agreement”) is a contractual agreement between you and KueeTM, which defines the rights and obligations in relation to your use of the Kuee mobile application (collectively referred to as “Kuee” or “the Service”). Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using Kuee.
By accessing or using the Kuee application, you signify your agreement to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not accept all the terms, you should not use the Service.
Only users who have reached the legal age as defined by their local laws and regulations are eligible to use Kuee on their own. For underage users, the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian are necessary for using the application.
When creating a Kuee account, accurate and up - to - date personal information must be provided. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and are liable for all activities that occur under your account.
When using Kuee, you must abide by all relevant laws and regulations. The following actions are not allowed:
· Performing any illegal or harmful actions;
· Posting content that infringes on the copyrights, privacy, or other rights of others;
· Trying to manipulate, hack, or disrupt the normal operation of the Kuee platform;
· Injecting malicious software or otherwise interfering with other users' experience.
Your use of Kuee implies your consent to the data collection and usage practices described in our Privacy Policy. While we take measures to protect user data, we cannot completely eliminate the risk of data breaches.
You maintain the ownership of the content you generate on Kuee. Nevertheless, by submitting the content, you authorize KueeTM to use, adapt, and promote it for the operation and development of the Service.
All intellectual property assets associated with Kuee, such as software code, graphic designs, and brand elements, belong to KueeTM. Without prior written permission, you are prohibited from copying, selling, or otherwise misusing these assets.
Kuee is offered without any warranties. We do not promise continuous availability, optimal performance, or absolute accuracy. KueeTM shall not be held responsible for any losses, including data loss, financial losses, or other damages.
KueeTM has the right to update this Agreement at any time. The updated terms will be announced through in - app messages or other proper channels. Continued use of Kuee after the changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms. We also reserve the right to suspend or end the Service as we see fit.
This Agreement shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the region where KueeTM is registered. In case of disputes, both parties should first try to resolve them through communication. If unsuccessful, the disputes will be resolved through arbitration.
